Banner’s Good Catch award recognizes staff members who identify an unsafe situation and intervene to avoid an error in patient care. These potential errors are sometimes referred to as a “near miss.” The primary source for identification of the Good Catch recipients is through the incident reporting system. Good Catch award winners are presented a Certificate and receive a $25 American Express gift certificate. “Honorable Mention” award winners receive a $5 gift card for use in the Gift Shop, Miss Lulu’s or the cafeteria.

“The Travel Office would like to take this opportunity to share the recognition noted below in our weekly Banner Email to employee communication, for Angela S. and July 2008 “Honorable Mention.” It is RN’s like Angela who truly make a difference with regards to patient care and professionalism at BGSMC. We are very fortunate to have her on assignment at our facility and appreciate her contributions.

BGSMC Travel Office”

PRCS has also recognized Angela’s outstanding achievement with some amazing seats at a Diamondback’s game! Thank you, Angela, for all of your hard work, dedication, and commitment to each travel assignement that you complete!

Are you looking to supplement your income? Referral bonuses are a great way to add to your weekly income. PRCS offers competitive referral bonuses for every employee that refers a traveler to PRCS. The PRCS referral bonus is $300 paid to you when your recommended traveler completes his/her 13 week contract. These bonuses are available to nurses and respiratory therapists.

Per Diem Division

Unlike other agencies, PRCS also offers referral bonuses to our Registry employees. The process is very, very easy! You refer a potential nurse or respiratory therapist. Your candidate has to complete ONLY 40 hours of per diem shifts and you will receive a $50 referral bonus.
