President

Jean Mathews, President:

I was born in Oklahoma City, but I grew up in Southeast Texas in Orange.  Most of my interests center around outdoor activities.  I love all water sports, running and cycling for fun and exercise, and occasionally I do competitive racing.  My favorite thing to do is to get away and spend time with my friends and family at our place in Rocky Point, Mexico.  I am the President of PRCS.  I get really motivated any time I see an opportunity to compete and excel.  I embrace new challenges and like to stretch my comfort zone.  It excites me to see positive changes and experience success in all aspects of my life.

VP Operations
VP Operations

Michelle Williams, VP of Operations:

I am native of Edmonton, Canada.  I came to Arizona in 1997 to work as a travel Respiratory Therapist with PRCS!  I fell in love with Arizona, and in 1998, became a permanent Arizona resident. I joined PRCS at a corporate level in 2000, and have been our Director of Travel since that time. I am passionate about providing excellence to our travel hospital clients and making the travel experience rewarding for all PRCS travelers. I love interacting with all of our hospital contacts and travelers! It is important to me that all of our travelers know that they are appreciated at PRCS, and have a company that they are important to, and trust.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my 2 sons, age 11 and 8.  Watching my sons compete in baseball and basketball is how I spend a lot of my time, which is so great!  Some of my interests are running, working out, reading, and sports in general.

I enjoy meeting and speaking with all the new travelers I encounter, while building strong relationships with them to help fulfill their career aspirations and expectations. My motivations are to be a successful business owner and strong professional.

National Healthcare Recruiter

David Blaha, National Healthcare Recruiter:

I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, did a short stint in Dallas, Texas and then settled back in Solon, Ohio where I grew up. I went to a smaller college in Northwest Ohio called Bowling Green State University where I studied Sociology, and minored in Sales and Marketing. Shortly thereafter I decided to pack my bags and move to Scottsdale, Arizona. Cleveland’s six-month winters inspired that move. I love being active: working out, golfing, hiking, boating, anything outdoors. Working at PRCS has been a blessing-being surrounded by such a wonderful, tight-knit FAMILY is all you can ask for at the workplace. I love getting to know my travelers as much as possible-every traveler has their own unique story which means catering to each individual in a different way
